With over 10 years’ experience in training and development, we saw first-hand how impactful the personal development of apprentices was during training. In 2020 we knew we wanted to fill that gap in the market. We developed an end-to-end service for businesses that not only cultivated an excellence-based learning culture but also looked after its trainees as well.
We specialise in assessing the needs of a business and mapping them directly to a provider who meets their requirements. With additional support around understanding levy’s and providing regular reviews we at Arthur Curtis are committed to helping make people better.

Arthur Curtis aims to empower businesses to build a skilled and capable workforce, and to provide apprentices with the resources and support they need to achieve their career goals. We specialise in matching businesses with the right training providers to ensure that their apprentices receive the highest quality training and education in their chosen field. Through our founders, we have first-hand knowledge of the importance of inclusion. We work on ‘ask to qualify’ basis, which allows our stakeholders to lead their own experience. We hope our attitude creates a signal to those who may feel marginalised that there are organisations who understand education is not for the privileged, but that we should all be privileged to have it.

With 8+ years of experience in the education sector, our founders saw that there was a gap in the Apprenticeship and Early Careers space. Our goal is to be transparent and fair when guiding our clients to success and we want Arthur Curtis to be as trustworthy as possible. We believe that if we give honestly, we will create more opportunities and build better relationships. Word of mouth is always nice too.
